Our spirits are inspired by the Greymare region of southern Queensland, where our 180-acre property stretches across rugged bushland and wide, open skies.

 

The area itself was named after a grey mare known for escaping paddocks and heading straight for the nearby creek, a creature with a mind of her own. That same independent streak runs through everything we make.

We created Greymare Spirits to craft small-batch, premium drinks that honour the land and break from convention.

 

We work with pure water, native botanicals, and ingredients that reflect a sense of place, all distilled with intention and a touch of wild.

From the citrus-forward Unbridled London Dry Gin to our whisky still maturing in barrel, each bottle carries the untamed energy of the region. Made for those who live a little loose and drink boldly.
